There are many gaps in our healthcare ecosystem where the best evidence available is not making it into the hands of the people who need it the most for effective decision-making - the clinicians and patients. The workshop “Co-Creation of Care: Don’t Drop the Ball'' is an interactive session across the care continuum.

After this session attendees were able to:
1.) Identify the importance of partnerships where diverse voice and disciplines participate equitably
2.) Co-create through collaboration within the workforce to address health & social care ecosystem gaps
